 1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of anywaywine.com and any purchase made through the Anyway Wine storefront on Vinoshipper. Anyway Wine is operated by Fieldcraft Wines, LLC dba Anyway Wine ("Anyway Wine," "Us," "Our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New York.

By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or make a purchase. We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

2. Age Verification and Alcohol Sales

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine from Anyway Wine. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are 21 years of age or older

• The intended recipient of the shipment is 21 years of age or older

• You understand that an adult signature (21+) is required at delivery

Age verification is conducted at checkout by Vinoshipper in accordance with applicable state law. Vinoshipper uses a two-layer verification process: account registration verification and physical ID check by the UPS driver at delivery.

Anyway Wine reserves the right to cancel any order where we have reason to believe the purchaser or intended recipient does not meet the legal age requirement. It is illegal to purchase alcohol for someone under the legal drinking age.

3. Geographic Restrictions

Wine sales and shipment are subject to state and local laws. We can only sell and ship to locations where we are legally permitted to do so. We currently ship to the following states:

Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Washington DC, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin, West Virginia, and Wyoming

4. Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory constraints.

You will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment — if we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund. Sales tax and applicable state fees are calculated at checkout.

5. Product Availability

Anyway Wine is a small-production wine brand. Products may sell out or be discontinued at any time without notice. Listing a wine on the site does not constitute a guarantee of availability. If a product you ordered is no longer available after your order is placed, we will contact you and offer a substitution or full refund.

We also reserve the right to delay shipment during periods of extreme heat or cold that could damage wine in transit. If your order is placed on a weather hold, we will notify you and work with you on timing. Weather holds do not affect your right to cancel or receive a refund.

6. Payment and Order Processing

All payments are processed through Vinoshipper (Zero Link Markets, Inc.), an independent third-party platform. Vinoshipper operates its own checkout, payment processing, and fulfillment systems. We do not store your payment card information.

By completing a purchase, you are also entering into a transaction governed by Vinoshipper's Terms and Conditions.

Fieldcraft Wines, LLC dba Anyway Wine is not responsible for errors, delays, or issues arising from Vinoshipper's platform or payment processing systems. For order-specific issues, contact us and we will work with Vinoshipper on your behalf.

7. Intellectual Property

The Anyway Wine name, logo, label designs, photography, and written content on this site are the property of Anyway Wine and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission. Requests can be sent to hello@anywaywine.com.

8. Third-Party Links

The Anyway Wine website may contain links to third-party websites, including social media platforms, press coverage, or partner sites. These links are provided for convenience only. Anyway Wine does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk.

Wine descriptions and tasting notes reflect our opinions and are not guarantees of your experience with the product.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anyway Wine and its members, managers, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cayuga County, New York.
