We sell wine direct to consumers through our website and Vinoshipper storefront.

FROM OUR WEBSITE (ANYWAYWINE.COM)
When you visit anywaywine.com, Google Analytics collects standard usage data automatically, including:
Pages visited and time spent on each
General geographic location (city/region level, not precise location)
Device type, browser, and operating system
Referring website or search terms
This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. We use it to understand how people find and use the site.
FROM OUR EMAIL LIST
If you subscribe to our newsletter or mailing list, we collect your email address and your name, if you provide it. This is always voluntary. We use Buttondown to manage our list and send messages. Buttondown stores subscriber data on its own servers; their privacy policy governs how they handle that data.
FROM IN-PERSON EVENTS
At tastings and events, we may collect your name, email address, and wine preferences if you choose to sign up for our list. This is always voluntary.
FROM PURCHASES
All wine purchases are processed through Vinoshipper, operated by Zero Link Markets, Inc. We do not collect or store your payment card information. The information you provide at checkout — name, shipping address, email, and date of birth — is governed by Vinoshipper's privacy policy.

Our website uses cookies placed by Google Analytics to track aggregate usage. These are analytics cookies only. We do not run advertising pixels on this site. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on, or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings.

We retain email subscriber data for as long as your subscription is active. If you unsubscribe, your address is removed from active sends; Buttondown may retain a suppression record to honor your opt-out.
Google Analytics user-level and event data is retained for 2 months, after which it is automatically deleted by Google. Aggregate reporting data is not affected.

For data held by Vinoshipper or Buttondown, contact those services directly, as we do not control their storage.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information.
