AMERICAN VITICULTURAL AREA (AVA):
CAYUGA LAKE

VARIETIES:
100% RIESLING

Made as simply as possible, with one goal: to let the vineyard speak for itself. We left the fruit on the vine a little longer than usual to develop ripe, tropical flavors before being hand-picked and gently whole-cluster pressed.
Fermentation was finished just dry, leaving 8 g/L residual sugar to balance Riesling’s vibrant acidity. Bright, expressive, and unmistakably Riesling.
Dry & tart with a hint of sweetness; notes of nectarine, kiwi, and white tea. Electric acidity and a long mineral finish
Serve chilled.
Pair with: sushi, pork schnitzel, spicy noodles, fresh seafood
